Unlike other Celtic festivals, Imbolg features a key figure in both pagan and Christian times.
Her name is Brigid and she gave our ancestors the gift of springtime. She was the goddess of the land and ensured fertile land, healthy people and regeneration.
On the 1st of February, we continue this traditional celebration of Brigid and the arrival of spring.
